COURSE OF INTRODUCTION TO THE CUISINE IN VALENCIA
Course dedicated to learn how to cook in Valencia, in a easy and practical way, recipes for everyday life and suitable for everyone. Creamy rice, mushroom cream, rabbit with garlic, potato omelette, hake special, fideuà, paella, desserts… These are just an example of the different dishes you will learn to cook in this course.
Timetable: Once per week.

COURSE OF ADVANCED CUISINE
Sweet, salty, oriental, traditional, a blend of flavours and cooking of all types that extends the knowledge we already have, discovering amazing flavours and new techniques. Salmon foam, cannelloni Rossini, Mousaka, fine pate, steak Wellington, amazing desserts, are only a sample of the dishes that you’ll learn to develop in this course
